POLICY ON QUALITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT
The commitment to excellence, quality and respect for the environment is a fundamental principle in all our activities.
The Solar Innova Policy on Quality and The Environment is to provide quality products and services at all times, meeting current requirements as well as mutual agreements to meet the expectations and wishes of our customers.
It is our duty to try to make compatible the demands of our business and the utmost respect for the environment by applying it to all areas of our businessd.
We manufacture high-efficiency products to achieve a cleaner and more environmentally-friendly future. Our goal is to provide sustainable solutions to limit levels of pollution caused by fossil fuels. With the continuing rise in carbon emissions, our intention is to provide solutions based on clean energy production to reduce global warming and to provide definitive solutions to the growing energy demand of mankind.
Through the implementation of systems on Quality and Environment, based respectively on International Standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2009, we have as priority objectives the following principles:
- Commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Orientation towards value creation and economic growth based on profitability and sustained benefit by avoiding costs caused by defective work, delays, and generally any activity that fails to provide real added value.
- Efficiency and excellence in internal management by applying a management system integrating all aspects of economic, technical, environmental and social, and in general all to contribute to sustainability based on the processes of each company, with an orientation toward continuous improvement of our products and services, giving priority to planning and initial prevention to avoid corrections later.
- Consideration of environmental issues related to our activity in all phases of the development of the same, from beginning to end of the cycle, to minimize the impact they may cause on the surroundings at all times to promote rational use of resources.
- Monitor and control of processes and activities based on indicators,obtaining quantifiable information to help implement methods to improve our products, services and management processes.
- Promoting teamwork and the involvement of people at all levels of the organization, planning and development activities, facilitating learning, to raise awareness of responsibility and personal commitment to the quality of our own work.
- Implementation of ongoing training activities, awareness and motivation, related to Quality and Environment, for all company employees.
- Compliance with customer requirements to achieve satisfaction in being able to capture their needs and expectations, conveying the feeling that we are more than suppliers; participants in a common project, acting at all times with professionalism, ethics and transparency.
- Collaboration with suppliers, creating relationships based on trust, loyalty, transparency, mutual respect and mutual contribution, encouraging their involvement in the environment, quality and prevention of occupational risks in common processes.
- Prevention of pollution by reducing, wherever possible, waste generated in both production processes and in the facilities and the implementation of sound management of waste generated.
By way of this document the management of this company shows its employees, suppliers, customers and society in general its Policy on Quality and Environment, so that once released and understood, it is applied and kept up to date.
