SI-EST-DC-2S-1000LThe atmospheric solar heater forms part of the secondary circuit, or of heat transfer to water that will be consumed. Also, if necessary, heats the heating fluid with the following process:

 

The cold water from the distribution network enters into the pressure of the system through a coil on the bottom of the storage heater without mixing with the fluid contained therein, as this is a closed loop coil. This canal splits into two branches ascending in spiral form, circling half the flow to right and the other half to the left so that response to changes in flow, or abrupt closure of a tap nullifies the wáter hammer. Due to the welding of the right turns and left turns, the total angular momentum of the circulating water is zero, this offsets the blow of each spiral with its counterpart coaxial which is inverse to the previous stroke.

 

The cold water gradually warms up as it climbs in the copper coil and exchanges heat by convection, since the coil is in contact with hot water accumulated.

 

However, in turn, as described above, there is a direct heat exchange between the secondary and primary circuit by thermal conduction since they are together. Thus, the heated water reaches the upper turns of the coil ready for use.

 

The thermal solar heater is designed under the low-pressure solar system for better heat utilization. This makes this system superior to conventional systems of the same coverage area and volume of accumulation and also because its optimal design and insulation.

 

The system, as set, is maintenance free. Only in cases where hot wáter consumption is very Little, there could be a small water loss through evaporation. One could replace the evaporated water annually from a plug available for this purpose .

 

This system is free from the proliferation of colonies of bacteria (Legionella and the like)which are dangerous to the health of the user and meets all European standards.
